After a clear understanding of the mission at BIPOC Executive Search, besu created and developed the company’s brand identity, complete with a logo design, stationery elements, colour palettes, and fonts. The team at besu then brought this brand story to life by a thoughtfully designed website to increase traffic and interaction.
In addition, besu also produced visual assets for the organization, including headshots, introductory videos of the executive team, and a series of diversity training videos.
These assets were incorporated into the design of the website to increase engagement and used to strategically connect with a larger audience of potential candidates across their social media channels.
